The Hillock is the latest project in this group’s extensive list of high end residences both in Gozo as well as in Malta. With a successful track record behind, the group will bring to the project what they have been consistently achieving in their other developments. Elegant and superior design, coupled with exceptional quality in construction. The site enjoys the double benefit of the proximity of the bustle of a sea side resort, and the quiet and calm atmosphere of a residential area with surrounding country and sea views. The complex will be split into a number of differentiated blocks each with its own entrance serving only a small number of apartments. There will be a choice of one, two, and three bedroom units, most with en-suite facilities, with a typical three bed apartment covering a floor area of around a hundred square meters. The project will also have a property management service on the premises that would be able attend to your maintenance needs and also look after your property in your absence. Marsalforn During the peak summer months, Marsalforn is the centre of Gozo’s evening life. It’s resident population of a few hundred is joined by many more during the holiday months. With the best fish restaurants on the island and its teeming cafes along the promenade, it fills out with people enjoying their daily evening stroll, fresh from a day’s swim in the clear waters of the bay. In the winter months the pace slows down, and the bay regains its tranquil, quaint character. The relaxed mood returns, and the local residents recapture the place for themselves. The café waiters go back to their sedate pace, while their customers reclaim their preferred spot in their favourite local bar. Within walking distance from the village the undulating green hills of the countryside, now rich in flora, invite ramblers to discover country chapels and homesteads in the valleys, and small rocky coves along Gozo’s spectacular coastline. Along the reefs, successive generations of the same families still harvest sea salt from saltpans dug by the Romans all those centuries ago. Anglers dot the shoreline and the boats glide into the small harbour to offer their daily catch to customers waiting on the quay.
